Kleitemnestra

Kleitemnestra was Agamemnon’s wife before the war, yet during the long time he was away, Kleitemnestra cheated on him with Aegisthus and had a daughter named Erigone. Aegisthus is Agamemnon’s’ cousin. When Agamemnon returned from the war, Kleitemnestra and Aegisthus murdered him by tangling him in a cloth net while he was in a bath and stabbing him.
